The experience of sudden loss is challenging for most of us. We are often left feeling immobilized by grief, guilt, anger, fear, and unable to find a way out. Often we can experience depression, anxiety, sleep problems, difficulty returning to work, and even addictions. Speaking with someone in an open and trusting environment can ease those feelings.
Focussing on grief and loss, our practice works with those who have suffered difficult and sudden losses and are struggling. We also support people struggling with depression, addictions, and also provide clinical supervision.
Using a "emotionally focussed" approach our practice provides clients an opportunity to discuss their unique beliefs about life after death, guilt, shame, morality, hopes, and fears in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
